摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Clopidogrel plus Aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina.Method:82 cases of patients with angina pectoris from April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected as study object,82 cases UAP patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,41 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with sedation,oxygen and nitric acid vinegar,β-blockers,calcium antagonists,lipid lowering drugs,low molecular weight heparin and blood of fatigue drugs.The control group was given Aspirin 0.1 g orally,once daily.The observed group was given 75 mg Clopidogrel Hydrogen orally,once daily,for 6 weeks on the basis of control group.The efficacy and attack frequency of angina,the average duration of attack of angina seizure were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 92.7%,the control group was 75.6%, there was statistical significant in two groups(P<0.05).The angina attack frequency,the average duration of attack of angina of observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clopidogrel plus Aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina has a good effect.关键词
