摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of moxifloxacin inhalation treatment in COPD patients with respiratory failure.Method:The 100 patients with respiratory failure in patients with COPD were selected as the object of study,both in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were treated,they were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in the observation group used inhalation therapy using Moxifloxacin,50 cases in the control group used Albuterol inhalation solution treatment,the effect of the two groups were compared.Result:The scores of subjective symptoms before treatment had no significant difference in two groups(P>0.05),they all were decreased after treatment,but the scores of subjective symptoms deceased more in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse events occurred in the observation group,and only 2 cases of oral infections,there were 2 cases of stomach upset in the control group,there was no statistical difference in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Moxifloxacin inhalation therapy in the treatment of COPD patients with respiratory failure can contribute to clinical improvement,with no serious adverse events,in order to improve the prognostic value of material,worthy of wider application.关键词
