Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing of the residual urine volume in patients with gynecological malignant tumor after operation.Method:The clinical data of 68 cases of gynecologic malignant tumor patients in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were retrospected,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,two groups with 34 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group given individualized nursing intervention,the nursing effect two groups was compared.Result:Patients with residual urine volume (68.25±8.63)ml in the observation group,it was lower than that of the control group (86.41±7.52)ml,the difference was significant(t=7.962,P<0.05),the incidence of urinary retention(5.88%) in the observation group was lower than the control group(17.65%),the differences was statistically significant between the two groups of patients(χ²=6.581,P<0.05),nursing quality and nursing satisfaction,with statistical significance(P<0.05) between the two groups of patients.Conclusion:Monitoring gynecological malignant tumors in patients with residual urine volume can reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary retention, and promote postoperative recovery,the implementation of personalized nursing can enhance the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.关键词
