摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese Shang Ring circumcision in the treatment of phimosis and redundant prepuce. Method:98 patients with phimosis and redundant prepuce were randomly divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received Chinese Shang Ring circumcision,patients in the control group received traditional circumcision,perioperative conditions and patient satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result:In the observation group,the operative time was (4.70±1.31)min,intraoperative pain score was (0.24±0.59) point,bleeding was (0.98±1.14)ml,postoperative pain scores was (1.62±0.87),complications were 6.12%,they were significantly lower than that in the control group,the appearance of satisfaction was 95.92%,was higher than that in the control group,wound healing time was (14.4±2.5)min,longer than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Because of shorter time,simple operation,less blood loss,fewer complications,beautiful appearance,Chinese Shang Ring circumcision is worthy of clinical application.关键词
