摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH) the risk factors of hematoma enlargement.Method:The clinical data of 208 patients with HICH were analyzed retrospectively,they were divided into hematoma expansion group and hematoma stability.On the basis of single factor analysis,adopting Logistic multifactor step by step analysis method to establish the risk factors of hematoma enlargement. Result:Hematoma enlargement group of 53 cases,stable group of 155 cases of hematoma.Logistic regression analysis showed that heavy drinking, duration of hypertension and abnormal liver function,for the first time,pressing of arteries and veins,hematoma,hematoma and 6 hours using mannitol were independent risk factors of hematoma enlargement.Conclusion:The common effect of mechanism is a variety of factors,the occurrence of hematoma enlargement.关键词
