Abstract
Objective:To study the gastric dynamics change and curative effect of Composite Rennet Capsule for treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia.Method:156 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia were selected as the research object,the index change and analysis of gastric dynamics were conducted by using the ultrasonic imaging device on patients after taking Composite Rennet Capsule,in order to observe the curative effect of compound rennet capsule.Result:109 cases(69.87%) were with obviously prolonged gastric half emptying time.Five days later taking the medince,ultrasound showed the gastric half emptying time was shortened,and amplitude and frequency of gastric antrum increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But there were no significant changes in contraction amplitude of gastric antrum area,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The effective rate two weeks after the treatment was 35.90%,significant efficiency rate was 39.10%,and the total effective rate was 75.00%. Conclusion:Gastric dynamic dysfunction is one of the main reasons for the poor peptic function among children.Composite Rennet Capsule can obviously improve the symptom of the children dyspepsia,therefore,worthwhile to be applied and promoted clinically.关键词
