摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of artificial joint replacement in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Method:30 patients of artificial joint replacement treatment of knee osteoarthritis from our hospital from April 2010 to Jan 2014 were randomly selected. After surgery all patients were followed up with.The effect of surgical treatment was evaluated accordance to the HSS score standard.Result:The results showed that all patients were followed up for 5-20 months,according to HSS score for efficacy evaluation criteria:there were 26 excellent knees,3 good knees,1 general knee,poor effect does not exist in patients,the excellent rate reached up to 93.5%.HSS score after surgery was significantly higher than before the surgery,the difference was remarkable and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study shows that the artificial joint replacement surgery in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in patients has significant efficacy,high security,therefore,is worthy to promote in clinic.关键词
