摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the serum levels of CEA,CA125,CA242,CA72-4,CA19-9 of patients with gastric cancer before and after operation and their significance in evaluate operation effect.Method:Detecting the serum CEA,CA125,CA242,CA72-4,CA19-9 levels in the 40 cases of gastric cancer before and after operation,and making statistic analysis of them.Result:The serum CEA,CA125,CA242,CA72-4, CA19-9 levels in the patients with gastric cancer after radical operation were lower than those before operation(P<0.05).But the variation wasn’t observed after palliative operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of CEA,CA125,CA242,CA72-4,CA19-9 are high of patients with gastric cancer, their detection can be used to evaluate the efficacy of operation for gastric cancer.关键词
