分化型甲状腺癌行甲状腺全切除术后并发症分析OA
Analysis of Postoperative Complications of Total Thyroidectomy for Differentiated Thyroid Carcinoma
目的：探讨甲状腺全切除术治疗分化型甲状腺癌其术后并发症的影响因素。方法：回顾性分析2009年1月-2012年1月笔者所在医院收治的90例分化型甲状腺癌患者的临床资料，统计术后并发症的发生情况，分析可能影响甲状腺全切术后的并发症的相关因素。结果：全组无手术及住院期间死亡情况。喉返神经损伤4例(4.44%)，1例为永久性损伤；甲状旁腺减低9例(10.00%)，均为暂时性；喉上神经损伤4例(4.44%)，均为暂时性。经研究结果显示，有无手术史是喉返神经…查看全部>>
