Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous renal ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of complex upper urinary tract calculi.Method:201 patients (219 sides) with complex renal and ureteral stones admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to December 2013 were selected,including the pelvis and multiple renal calculi in 120 sides,63 sides were staghorn calculus,36 cases were upper ureteral stones,the patients were treated by holmium laser lithotripsy for treatment,the operation time,the lithagogue rate and complications of all patients were observed and analyzed.Result:In 201 patients(219 sides) with complex upper urinary stone,the average operation time was (69.1±12.7)min,the disposable lithagogue rate was 59.0%(129/219), the total lithagogue rate was 88.0%(192/219),the amount of bleeding was (85.4±9.6)ml,9 patients experienced high heat postoperative,with no serious complications.Conclusion:The curative effect of percutaneous renal ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in treatment of complex upper urinary tract calculi is exact,shorter operation time,less bleeding,the lithagogue rate is high,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
