摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate and observe the clinical effect on combined application of Alprostadil in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Method:150 patients with unstable angina pectoris in our hospital from 2009 January to February 2014 were selected,they were divided into the observation group for 80 cases and the control group for 70 cases according to the random number table method,the control group was given conventional therapy,the observation group was given Alprostadil on the basis of conventional therapy.The treatment effect of two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 96.3%(77/80),it was significantly higher than 85.7%(60/70) of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of combined application of Alprostadil on the basis of conventional therapy is distinct and exact,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve their quality of life,is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
