摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the hospitalized elderly patients with blood cancer, and explore the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria. Method:312 elderly patients with concurrent infections in cancer from February 2010 to February 2014 in our hospital were selected.Patients infected blood collected 512 copies,205 copies of sputum, stool samples 61 copies. Then automated bacterial culture system for the collection of specimens for culture was used. Finally MID(Microgen ID) into the bacterial biochemical identification system to identify the distribution of pathogens(including the type of pathogen and the corresponding strain),and drug susceptibility testing done using antibiotic concentration gradient method.Result:In 778 samples,135 strains were isolated, the positive rate was 17.35%.Elderly cancer patients infected with the pathogen species mainly Gram-negative bacteria,Gram-positive bacteria, fungi dominated. Yoyo which Gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aerations,Klebsiella based Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus,Streptococcus, Enterococcus based.Whether it is positive or Gram-negative bacteria strains were penicillin, piperacillin had some resistance, and impanel class more sensitive to the drug. Conclusion:For elderly cancer patients, prone to hospital infection. And penicillin, piperacillin have some resistance to them, but more sensitive to impanel drugs. Therefore in the clinical treatment should be carefully rational choice of drug therapy and improve clinical outcomes,is worthy of reference.关键词
