Abstract
Objective:To understand the cardiac structure and function changes of HIV infection/AIDS patients by conventional echocardiographic examination.Method:162 patients with HIV infection/AIDS in our hospital were divided into the HIV infection group for 69 cases and the AIDS group for 93 cases, they were given conventional echocardiographic examination by traditional two-dimensional,M-type and Doppler.100 no HIV infection healthy people were selected as the control group. The changes of chamber room size, artery diameter, wall thickness, movement range, heart function and blood flow velocity in all patients were compared with the control group. The differences between the patients and the control group were analyzed by statistical processing, the cardiac structure and function changes of HIV infection/AIDS patients were summarized.Result:Compared with control group, inner diameter of right atrial of the HIV infection group and AIDS group enlarged, interventricular septum and left ventricular posterior wall became thinner,AIDS group accompanied by increased left ventricular internal diameter(P<0.05).While compared the HIV infection group and AIDS group, the left atrium, left ventricle, right atrium, right ventricular diameter in the AIDS group were significantly larger than those in the HIV infection group, the septal and left ventricular posterior wall of the AIDS group became thinner than those of HIV infection group(P<0.05).Conventional echocardiographic determination of blood flow and cardiac function:the main pulmonary artery and early diastolic mitral flow velocity in the HIV infection group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the early diastolic mitral flow velocity in the AIDS group were also significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The late systolic mitral flow velocity (Va) in the AIDS group were significantly higher than that in the HIV infection group(P<0.05).Pulmonary artery systolic pressure of the HIV infection/AIDS patients were significantly higher those of the control group, and pulmonary artery systolic pressure of AIDS patients was significantly higher than that of HIV infection(P<0.05).Conclusion:The conventional echocardiography has an important clinical significance in the treatment of HIV infection/AIDS patients.关键词
