Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chuankezhi injection spray inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis.Method:70 children with bronchiolitis in our hospital from October 2012 to December 2013 were selected,they were divided into the treatment group for 34 cases and the control group for 36 cases according to the random number table method.The two groups were given comprehensive treatment,and the treatment group was given Chuankezhi injection spray inhalation on the basis of the routine comprehensive treatment,2 times/day,7 days for a period of treatment.The main symptoms, physical signs disappeared time(wheezing disappearance,body temperature returned to normal,pulmonary rales disappear),length of stay and clinical effect between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The wheezing disappearance,body temperature returned to normal,pulmonary rales disappear and length of stay in treatment group were significantly shorter than those in control group,the effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 76.5%and 97.0%,they were significantly higher than 50.0%and 72.2%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Chuankezhi injection spray inhalation on the basis of conventional treatment in treatment of children with bronchiolitis is remarkable,easy to use, with less adverse reaction,is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
