国产喉罩静脉全麻复合臂丛阻滞在小儿上肢手术中的应用
Domestic Laryngeal Mask Intravenous Anesthesia Combined Brachial Plexus Block in Pediatric Upper Extremity Surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of domestic laryngeal mask intravenous anesthesia combined with upper brachial plexus block in pediatric surgery.Method:80 patients were ASAⅠ-Ⅱin pediatric upper limb operation treatment of patients from June 2011 to March 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method,the experimental group 40 cases and control group of 40 cases.The experimental group was used domestic laryngeal mask intravenous anesthesia combined with upper brachial plexus block,while the control group was used the way of tracheal intubation,the general information of patients were collected in children,including heart rate,blood pressure and adverse reaction of the data,and statistical analysed.Result:The mean arterial pressure and heart rate before anesthesia of the two groups were no statistical significant(P>0.05).Mean arterial pressure and heart rate after anesthesia of the two groups were statistical significant(P<0.05).The postoperative pain scores,recovery time,estuation restlessness,complication data of two groups were statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Domestic laryngeal mask intravenous anesthesia combined with upper brachial plexus block in pediatric upper limb operation application effect is obvious,less adverse reactions.关键词
