摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the gestational diabetes prenatal serum retinal pigment 1 expression of the relationship between perinatal outcome. Method:120 cases of cesarean section or natural childbirth pregnant 37-41 weeks pregnant from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected, according to the glucose tolerance test they were divided into control group(the glucose was normal) and observation group(diabetes in pregnancy),two groups of patients with venous blood in 5 ml,the serum level of omentin 1 were detected and neonatal outcomes and complications were statisticsed.Result:The group of pregnant women with gestational diabetes film prenatal serum hormone levels and a birth weight,one minute and five minutes Apgar score were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);observation group pregnant infection,asphyxia cases were higher,but the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05);observation group pregnancy-induced hypertension,a huge children cases significantly higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant women serum omentin 1 is lower than the healthy maternal,perinatal outcomes may be poor,it may be related with serum omentin 1 lower.关键词
