Abstract
Objective:To analyze the integrated care used in the treatment of VSD technology limb fracture trauma wounds application effect. Method:80 cases of limb fractures in patients with traumatic wounds in our hospital from August 2012 to January 2014,were randomly divided into the two groups,40 cases of each group. The control group were given routine care,the experimental group were given the comprehensive care program. Anxiety , comfort and care satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Result:The experimental group anxiety score and uncertainty score were lower than the control group(P<0.05);The experimental group satisfaction with comfort and care were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with traumatic limb fractures in favor of the implementation of integrated care to improve their sense of uncertainty and ease their anxiety,to provide patients with a comfortable recovery environment conducive to improving nursing satisfaction,improve nurse-patient relationship.关键词
