摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of clavicular hook plate and Kirschner wire tension band in the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation.Method:The clinical data of 78 patients with acromioclavicular dislocation from January 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital were analyzed.Cases were randomly divided into two groups with 39 in each.The treatment group was treated with clavicular hook plate fixation;the control group was used Kirschner wire tension band for treatment.Result:35 cases were excellent,4 cases were good in the treatment group.Compared with 76.9%(30/39) in control group,the excellent and good rates were 100%in treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences were statistically significant between the treatment group and the control group of the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization and fracture healing time,complications (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation,the clavicular hook plate has the good curative effect,with fast healing.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
