摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analysis the clinical effect of MIPPO technology combined with LISS plate in the treatment of distal femoral fractures. Method:15 cases with distal femoral fractures in our hospital from 2011 to 1013 were selected.9 cases of male,6 female,age 18-67,average age was 48.3.All were closed fractures,according to AO classification,type 33A fracture in 10 cases,5 cases of type 33B fracture.MIPPO technology combined with the insertion of LISS plate in the vastus lateralis muscle and periosteum,indirect fixed fracture,then locked screw fixation.Result:All cases were followed up for 3-18 months,according to Kolment knee function evaluation standard,excellent in 8 cases,good in 5 cases,poor in 2 cases,the excellent rate was 86.7%.Bony union was obtained in all cases,the average union time was 6 months,no breakage of internal fixation.Conclusion:MIPPO technology combined with LISS-DP plate in treating distal femoral fracture operation have advantage of reliable fixation,fast fracture healing.This method is propitious to recovery of knee joint function.关键词
