Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of external jugular vein indwelling in patients with cardiovascular disease in Department of internal medicine.Method:156 cases of cardiovascular department of internal medicine patients from February 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into observation group(75 cases) and control group(81 cases).Control group was given superficial venous indwelling needle therapy, observation group was given external jugular vein catheter and to observe the two groups of venipuncture success rate and complications.Result:Once success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant compared(P<0.05);the complication rate of observation group was 9.2%,control group,the incidence of complications was 25.9%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Use external jugular vein catheter treatment of cardiovascular disease medicine puncture success rate can be improved,and fewer complications,it is worth in clinical use.关键词
