摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer. Method:50 patients with advanced primary liver cancer were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,the control group received conventional chemotherapy,the study group was given transcatheter arterial chemoembolization.Clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy,quality of life and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result:The scores of liver pain,bloating,fatigue of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate and the score of quality of life of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the incidences of nausea and vomiting and leukopenia were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization significantly improves clinical symptoms,the efficacy and quality of life with fewer adverse reactions in patients with advanced primary liver cancer.关键词
