经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对卵巢良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值
Value of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Differential Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Ovarian Tumor
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography(TVCDU) in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumor.Method:Retrospectively analyzed of 84 cases with ovarian tumor underwent preoperative TVCDU to detect the parameters of the vascular grading and arterial vascular.Result:It showed the significant difference among the different pathological grading(χ²=44.87,P<0.05). The PSV in malignant tumor was significantly higher,and the RI was significantly lower to the benign tumor(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography detect has important effect on the diagnosis and classification of ovarian tumors,improves the accuracy of the diagnosis of ovarian tumors.关键词
