老年骨科患者术中低体温护理干预研究
Research on Hypothermia Nursing Intervention in Aged Patients Undergoing Orthopedic Surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the prevention of hypothermia during orthopedic surgery.Method:According to surgery types,age and weight,150 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery were allocated into 3 groups(routine nursing group,routine heat preservation group,composite heat preservation group), and observing patients’ change of temperature during surgery.Result:The temperature of three groups were (35.4±0.6)、(35.8±1.1)、(36.9±0.5)℃,there was statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion: Composite insulation care before surgery can prevent hypothermia during surgery and routine insulation care during surgery is not a good way to prevent hypothermia during surgery.关键词
