Abstract
Objective:To retrospective analysis of antimicrobial drug induced ADR reports in our hospital.Method:We analyzed the clinical data of 69 cases of adverse reactions induced by antibacterial drugs in patients.Result:Occurrence of adverse drug reactions of antibiotics mainly concentrated in 50-59 years of age,accounted for 27.54%.The most common adverse reactions caused by cephalosporins,accounted for 34.78%.Administration by intravenous infusion, accounted for 95.65% most.Distribution of clinical manifestations of ADR induced by antimicrobial agents widely,can the system,involving the organs in the body,while the skin and its appendages damage rate was the highest,accounted for 69.56%.Conclusion:Adverse reactions induced by antimicrobial drugs have higher incidence in our hospital,propose to strengthen the monitoring measures of adverse reaction induced by drugs,in order to lower the occurring rate of adverse reactions.关键词
