29例外伤性多发性肋骨骨折切开复位内固定治疗的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of traumatic fracture of multiple ribs. Method:29 cases of traumatic fracture of multiple ribs in our hospital from April 2012 to June 2014 were chosen for the study and all were received the treatment of open reduction and internal fixation.The occurrence of the excellent and good rate and postoperative complications were observed after operation. Result:In this article,29 cases were treated with open reduction and internal fixation,among which,23 cases(79.3%) were excellent,4 cases(13.8%) were good,2 cases(6.9%) were poor,the excellent and good rate of therapy was 93.1%.The main complications were infection of incisional wound(n=1,3.4%), pulmonary atelectasis(n=1,3.4%) and bone not even(n=1,3.4%),the incidence rate of postoperative complications was 3 cases(10.3%).Conclusion:The incision reduction and internal fixation operation scheme for patients with multiple rib fractures is effective and safe,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
