Abstract
Objective:To analyze the red blood cell parameters of testing method for the diagnosis and screeningβ-thalassaemia and corresponding clinical application value in theβ-thalassaemia detection process.Method:80β-thalassaemia patients admitted to our hospital were selected,the Hb,MCH, MCHC,MCV,RDW,RBC of red blood cell parameters and the clinical application value of indicators in the diagnosis and screening ofβ-thalassaemia were analyzed.Result:The results showed that,the MCV,RBC,Hb,MCH of severeβ-thalassaemia group were significantly lower than anemia control group, MCHC and RDW were significantly higher than anemia control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with anemia control group, the Hb and RBC of mildβ-thalassaemia group were significantly increased,the MCH and MCV were significantly reduced,and the MCV decreased more obviously,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences were in RDW and MCHC(P>0.05).The differences were statistically significant in the indexes between severeβ-thalassaemia group and mildβ-thalassaemia group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the mildβ-thalassaemia screening and diagnosis process,especially the value of red blood cell parameters,it has a unique characteristic of hematology,red blood cell parameter determination method has high efficiency and low cost and simple easy to operate,and many other advantages,with high clinical value,reduceβ-thalassaemia children birth rate,improve the quality of population.关键词
