Abstract
Objective:To ivvestigate the clinical significance and practical application value of the implementation of irregular antibody test before transfusion,to prevent occurrence of complications such as hemolytic disease occurred in the process of transfusion of blood transfusion patients.Method:200 blood transfusion patients in our hospital from June 2011 to December 2013 were selected,they were given irregular antibody test before transfusion.The positive rate of inspection in 200 blood transfusion patients and irregular antibody positive patients antibody screening results were analyzed.Result:200 irregular antibody test results of blood transfusion patients were analyzed,three irregular antibody positive patients appeared in 200 patients,the positive rate was 1.5%.There was 1 case of irregular antibody positive in men,there were 2 cases of irregular antibody positive in women,and all of them were pregnant women.In 3 patients with irregular antibody positive,1 case of anti-D(33.3%),1 case of anti-E(33.3%),1 case of anti-DC(33.3%).Conclusion:For patients with irregular antibody test before transfusion can guarantee the safety of clinical blood use,effectively prevent hemolytic transfusion reaction.关键词
