Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of Decoction of Four Mild Drugs in the treatment of patients after the stomach cancer surgery. Method:60 patients who experienced the stomach cancer surgeries and accepted treatment in our hospital from June 2011 to December 2013 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the routine nursing,the observation group was treated with the Decoction of Four Mild Drugs on the basis of the control group. The adverse reactions after the surgeries of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The results of study showed that,in the observation group, abdominal distension occurred in 2 cases,nausea and vomiting occurred in 3 cases,nutrition disorder occurred in 2 cases,the incidence of adverse reaction was 23.33%(7/30).In the control group,abdominal distension occurred in 5 cases,nausea and vomiting occurred in 7 cases,nutrition disorder occurred in 4 cases,the incidence of adverse reaction was 53.33%(16/30),the incidence of adverse reaction in observation group was significantly lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.71,P<0.05).Conclusion:The Decoction of Four Mild Drugs in the treatment of patients after the stomach cancer surgery has a good clinical effect,which can effectively decrease the occurrence of the adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical application.关键词
