Abstract
Objective:To understand the prevalence of hypertension disease in Humen community and analyze the impact factors,to provide scientific, reliable basis for community comprehensive prevention and cure of hypertension patients.Method:People over the age of 18 were selected randomly in Humen community,doctor checked the blood press and collected relevant information,prevalence and treatment of hypertension were investigated,and analyzed the influencing factors.Result:The morbidity of hypertension in Humen town community was 13.4%,male was 13.6%,female was 13.2%,there was no significant difference between the male and female(P>0.05).The morbidity was lowest in 18-44 age group,and≥65 year old age group had the highest rate,there were statistically significant difference in multiple comparisons(P<0.05).Hypertension awareness rate was 60.0%,compliance rate of hypertension knowledge was 53.0%,the cure rate was 43.6%,health habit formation rate was 22.7%,blood pressure control rate was 17.3%.The cure rate,health habit formation rate and blood pressure control rate of hypertension knowledge standard group were significantly higher than hypertension knowledge not standard group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the present investigation,the morbidity of hypertension in Humen community is lower than the national average level,the awareness rate,treatment rate,control rate are higher than the national average level,that further strengthen the health education of hypertension is beneficial to improve the control rate of hypertension and promote healthy behavior habits.关键词
