Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ranitidine and Shuanghuanglian Oral for mouth ulcers.Method:120 patients with oral ulcers from March 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital were studied.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into ranitidine group, Shuanghuanglian oral group and the control group.Control group was treated with vitamin B and C,Ranitidine group and Shuanghuanglian oral group were used Ranitidine and Shuanghuanglian Oral respectively.After treatment,the efficacy of the three groups were analyzed.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of Ranitidine group was 97.50%,total effective rate of Shuanghuanglian Oral group was 90.00%,the total effective rate of the control group was 60.00%.There was significant difference between the three groups(χ2=17.3572,P=0.0002).The total effective rate of ranitidine group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Three groups of patients were not any adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion:The clinically effect of Ranitidine in the treatment of oral ulcers is significant.关键词
