Abstract
Objective:To study clinical efficacy of Allicin,Amoxicillin,Esomeprazole,Furazolidone quadruple therapy for Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive duodenal peptic ulcer.Method:86 Hp-positive duodenal ulcer patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(43 cases) was treated with oral Amoxicillin,Esomeprazole,Furazolidone and Allicin Capsules treatment;the control group was treated with Amoxicillin,Esomeprazole,Furazolidone treatment.After 7 d,both groups of patients treated with Esomeprazole therapy four weeks,followed by withdrawal,an interval of 4 weeks after Hp infection was checked,and to compare the situation of adverse reactions and ulcers healed.Result:The treatment group Hp eradication rate was 93.0%,86.1%in the control group,the treatment group Hp eradication rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 97.7% in treatment group;the control group was 90.7%,there was statistical significant difference in two groups(P<0.05).The side effect in two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:Allicin,Amoxicillin,Furazolidone,Esomeprazole quadruple therapy in Hp-positive duodenal ulcer can increase Hp eradication rate,and enhance ulcer healing rates,clinical effect is significant.关键词
