Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of Jiawei Kushen Decoction fumigation in promoting high anal fistula postoperative wound healing. Method:45 cases of patients from January 2011 to January 2014 were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Kushen Decoction fumigation.The control group was treated with the conventional way.Result:The cure rate of treatment group was 92%,while the control group was 65%,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The healing time of treatment group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Jiawei Kushen Decoction fumigation in promoting high anal fistula postoperative wound healing is very significant,it can speed up the healing time,it is an effective treatmeng.关键词
