Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the hypertensive ischemic stroke patient’s with intracranial arterial stenosis and correlation blood pressure variability.Method:Hypertension and ischemic stroke patients were selected in our hospital,the intracranial arteries were checked by CTA. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to test results. The indicators between the two groups were compared after treatment,such as 24 h systolic and diastolic blood pressure standard deviation,daytime systolic and diastolic blood pressure standard deviation,standard deviation nighttime systolic and diastolic blood pressure and so on.Result:24 h systolic blood pressure standard deviation and daytime diastolic blood pressure were positively correlated with intracranial arterial stenosis standard deviation,and daytime systolic blood pressure standard deviation was negatively correlated with intracranial arterial stenosis,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:24 h systolic blood pressure variability in the standard deviation,standard deviation daytime systolic and diastolic blood pressure standard deviation during the day is a key factor for hypertension in stroke patients with intracranial arterial stenosis.关键词
