摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of autologous skull bone particles issue of planting in the treatment of traumatic skull defect.Method:62 patients with traumatic skull defect in our hospitalwere selected,and then divided them into the treatment group and the control group according to the different methods of treatment,31 cases in each group,the treatment group was treated with autologous skull bone particles issue of planting,the control group was treated with conventional therapy.Thesecondary implantation,complications and hospitalization costs were compared.Result:Thesecondary implantation and complications rate of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group,the total hospitalization cost was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effect of traumatic skull defect treated with autologous skull bone particles issue of planting is remarkable,which avoids the second operation and reduces the postoperative complications of patients,so that reduces the economic burden of patients,and postoperative rehabilitation of patient shows a significant promote,worthy of popularization in clinical.关键词
