Abstract
Objective:To compare the rusults of patients with ectopic pregnancy by transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound examination, to explore the transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy clinical value.Method:50 ectopic pregnancy patients from January 2010 to June 2014 were selected as the research object,underwent transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasonography,differences between the two groups of ectopic pregnancy ultrasound and the diagnostic positive rate were compared.Result:Adnexal of transvaginal ultrasound group was 50.00%,embryo primitive was 22.00%,heart tube pulse was 16.00%,pelvic effusion was 38.00%,the uterus false pregnancy sac was 26.00%,they were higher than transabdominal ultrasound 28.00%, 8.00%,4.00%,20.00%,10.00%,illustrate the various ultrasonographic positive rates were higher than transabdominal ultrasound,diagnosis rate was 92.00%higher than that of the abdominal ultrasound group 72.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasonography of ectopic pregnancy sonographic manifestations is high positive rate,can improve the correct diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,which has important application value in the clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in the guidance.关键词
