摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and summarize the impact of holistic nursing intervention on QOL of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Method:126 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were chosen and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group was given routine nursing while observation group was given holistic nursing intervention including some targeted and continuous nursing intervention measures on basis of routine nursing.QOL and nursing evaiuation of the patients and family of the 2 groups were analyzed and compared.Result:QOL of observation group was obviously better than control group(P<0.05);average score of patients and their families towards nursing attitude and level of nurses of observation group was(89.7±3.6),it was obviously higher than control group(70.3±2.8),the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:By holistic nursing intervention measures,we can know about mental status changes of patients with cerebral hemorrhage timely and give them targeted guidance.It can effectively improve QOL of patients,so it is worth of being popularized clinically.关键词
