Abstract
Objective:To explore the methods of evidence-based nursing in patients with tracheal intubation mechanical ventilation sputum suction,to reduce the complications and find the best ways of nursing.Method:44 patients with artificial airway and mechanical ventilation were divided into control group and study group with 22 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing mode including oral care,nasal feeding,oral intubation suctioning,vital signs monitoring,the airway to give 0.9%sodium chloride 5-10 ml airway instillation etc.Study group to identify evidence-based model of care issues by evidence-based nursing team members,scientific computer searched,established best evidence,combined with clinical practice,formulated a scientific nursing care plan, to effectively guide for sputum suction with endotracheal intubation mechanical ventilation patients.The discomfort associated with suctioning and off tube,pipe blockage,asphyxia,tracheal fistula etc caused by improper care between the two group were compared.Result:The successful offline in two groups had statistics significant(P<0.05).And the discomfort associated with suctioning were in two groups had statistics significant(P<0.05).There were none detached,mucus plugging, suffocation,tracheal fistula caused by improper care in study group.Conclusion:The indicators of patients were improved obviously after evidence-based care. Evidence-based nursing effect is remarkable.关键词
