小儿重症肺炎合并心力衰竭临床治疗效果探讨

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of children with severe pneumonia and heart failure.Method:70 cases of children with severe pneumonia and heart failure in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,the experimental group on the basis of the control group,was treated with Dopamine and Dobutamine.Treatment effects of two groups were observed.Result:The heart rate improved time,breathing steady recovery time,liver retraction time,pulmonary rales disappeared,irritability eliminate time and the average hospital stay of the experimental group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Children with severe pneumonia complicated and heart failure using Dopamine and Dobutamine combination therapy have a exact curative effect,for rapid improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,accelerate the rehabilitation of children,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
