摘要

Abstract

Objective:To summarize and discuss the clinical nursing training management models and methods for emergency department,enhance the training ability of clinical nurses,improve emergency department training management,and promote the positive development.Method:Retrospectively analyzing the training management and outcome of 420 students with different background trained emergency department in 48 batches from 2006 to 2012,come up with a nurse training management method specialized for emergency department.Result:During the process of implementing the teaching management,emergency management and teacher training ability have been significantly improved,the errors in nursing practice had effectively prevented,and the internship quality and safety were ensured.Conclusion:Establishment of training management models and methods in line with the characteristics of emergency department is very necessary to improve emergency traning management and clinical teachers’ skill.
