Abstract
Excessive medical treatment violates clinical medical norms and ethical guidelines,serious harm to the society.This article conducts a depth analysis of the causes of excessive medical treatment from four aspects,which are national policy,medical institutions,medical staff and patients and their families,in order to provide scientific basis for the governance of excessive medical treatment.关键词
