雌激素和甲硝唑阴道给药联合六味地黄丸口服治疗老年性阴道炎52例疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To observe and investigate the effectiveness of Estrogen and Metronidazole vaginal administration combined with oral administration of the Six Tastes Glutinous Rehmannia Pill in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Method:100 patients diagnosed as senile vaginitis in our hospital from October 2012 to May 2014 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the treatment group for 52 cases and the control group for 48 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was given Estrogen and Metronidazole vaginal administration for treatment,and the treatment group was added with oral administration of the Six Tastes Glutinous Rehmannia Pill on the basis of control group,both groups were 7 d for a course of treatment,continuously treated three courses.The clinical effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.2%(50/52),it was significantly higher than 81.3%(39/48) of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ²=4.24,P=0.04).Conclusion:There is a exact curative effect of vaginal administration combined with oral administration of the Six Tastes Glutinous Rehmannia Pill in the treatment of senile vaginitis,and is worth in clinical widely popularization and application.关键词
