Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the psychological status and nursing measures of abnormal pregnant women before and after childbirth. Method:108 abnormal pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given individual nursing on the basis of outine nursing care.The score of each psychological state before and after childbirth between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in each factor score and total score before childbirth of the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the each factor score and total score of observation group after childbirth were significantly lower than before childbirth and control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological problems are easily occurred in the maternal abnormal pregnancy before and after childbirth,these psychological problems are not conducive to pregnant women during pregnancy and childbirth,easy to cause hemorrhage complications.Therefore,medical staff need to strengthen maternal psychological nursing of abnormal pregnancy,can be conducive to natural labor, reduce complications,is worth to cause the medical staff attention and widely promoted in clinical practice.关键词
