Abstract

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Methotrexate(MTX) combined with Pituitrin in embryo removal by laparoscopic salpingotomy for tubal pregnancy.Method:128 cases embryo removal by laparoscopic salpingotomy for tubal pregnancy from June 2011 to December 2013 were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group for 66 cases and the control group for 62 cases,the experimental group was injected MTX and Pituitrin,the control group was no drugs,two groups of perioperative blood loss,operative time,blood in beta hCG dropped to normal time,the incidence of persistent ectopic pregnancy,and degree of fallopian tube patency were compared.Result:The intraoperative blood loss,operative time,postoperative beta hCG value dropped to normal time and postoperative persistent ectopic pregnancy rate in the experimental group were less than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The experimental group uterus oviduct imaging showed unobstructed 60 cases,not unobstructed 6 cases;the control group flow 51 cases,not unobstructed in 11 cases,there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Pituitrin combined MTX local injection in patients with tubal,both to reduce the bleeding and operation time,more important to reduce the incidence of persistent ectopic pregnancy,is also good for pregnancy again.It is a safe, simple,reliable and effective method,has high clinical value.
