Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis and surgical of soft tissue foreign body location.Method:112 cases were picked from the suspected patients of soft foreign bodies and to diagnose them with X-ray and high-frequency ultrasound separately.84 patients diagnosed with soft foreign bodies were divided into control group and observation group according to the random sampling method with 42 each group.Using X-ray for the control group and high-frequency ultrasound for the observation group to do examination for the patients and adopting surgery to cure them while observing the success rate of and the time spend in exporting the foreign bodies.Result:Among the 112 patients,there were totally 119 foreign bodies according to the surgery,the successful diagnose rate of High-frequency ultrasound was 94.96%(84/119),which was much higher than the 70.59%(84/119) of X-ray(P<0.05).For the successful rate of one time the observation group was much better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:High frequency colour to exceed has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of soft tissue foreign body,positioning and surgery effect is good,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
