Abstract
Objective:To analyze the reasons of laboratory blood test specimens of error,and summarize the relevant prevention strategy.Method:56 samples of blood test in our hospital for the error analysis from February 2013 to September 2013 were selected, the reason of errors and proposes the corresponding solution strategies,prevention guidance were summed up.Result:The causes of blood test specimens error appears mainly in the inspection long time,accounted for 27.9%,19.6% patients without fasting,without timely detection of the 17.9%,the 8.9% patients in menstrual period,blood quantity was little 7.1%. Conclusion:The correct rate of blood test has obvious effect on promoting the clinical diagnosis and treatment,there are many reasons why blood test specimens of the errors,so attention should be paid to the blood test in detail,using the standard operation,so that it can effectively reduce the error in blood test.关键词
