Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical diagnosis value of 64-slice spiral CT angiography in patients with lower extremity arterial occlusive disease. Method:From March 2011 to February 2013 in our hospital,23 cases of lower extremity arterial occlusive disease were selected as the study objects,their related data of 64-slice spiral CT angiography and color Doppler ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively.Result:The diagnosis rate of MSCAT for patients with lower extremity arterial occlusive disease was 100%(23/23),and the diagnosis rate of color Doppler ultrasound was 69.6%(16/23),there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant adverse reactions in patients with two checks.Conclusion:64-slice spiral CT angiography in patients with peripheral arterial occlusive sclerosis has significant diagnostic value,it is convenient and safe,so it can be used as the preferred method of examination.关键词
