Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects and prevention of complications of modified radical mastectomy with preserved nipple-areola complex and breast reconstruction for early breast cancer.Method:30 cases of early breast cancer who treated with complications of modified radical mastectomy with preserved nipple-areola complex and breast reconstruction from April 2011 to April 2013 in our hospital were selected,the clinical data of puerpera were analyzed retrospectively,the treatment effect was observed and the complication prevention measures were concluded.Result:There were 4 cases of subcutaneous effusion in 30 cases of patients after surgery,after pumping fluid puncture cured,2 cases of papillary necrosis of the epidermis healed after nipple skin scab shedding, there were 26 cases of grade incision healing,all patients had no local recurrence and distant metastasis in short time.Conclusion:Modified radical mastectomy with preserved nipple-areola complex and breast reconstruction has a define effect,to maintaining the appearance and function of breast,accurate operation and postoperative prevention and control measures can reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
