摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study and explore the application of femoral neck fractures comfort care and clinical significance of the effect. Method:From March 2010 to September 2013 in our hospital,174 cases of femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given usual care,the care group was given comfort care.One day before surgery,before anesthesia,surgery and postoperative one day end anxiety HAMA score,preoperative and postoperative changes in heart rate and other VAS scores of two groups were compared.Result:Whether each stage HAMA score,preoperative heart rate change,postoperative VAS scores of the care group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The implementation of comfort care for patients with femoral neck fracture,not only can significantly improve the patient’s anxiety,reduce intraoperative values,but also to alleviate the pain of the patient,so that the course of treatment the patient more comfortable,to heal faster and better effect,it is worth of promoting.关键词
