Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing on life quality of elderly patients with acute pulpitis,evaluate the effect of intervention.Method:In our hospital From June 2011 to December 2013,162 cases of acute pulpitis in elderly patients as the observation object,and they were randomly divided into the observation group(n=81) and the control group(n=81).Two groups of patients were implemented perioperative routine care,the observation group patients were given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of this,compared the quality of life of two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the masticatory function,psychological function,social function and material life of the observation group improved significantly(P<0.05).The tooth part pain relief and tooth part fatigue symptoms of the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was 91.4%,was significantly higher than 69.1% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention based on routine treatment,can further improve the quality of life of elderly patients,is worth of clinical promotion.关键词
