摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze by the method of catheter radiofrequency ablation kidney to sympathetic nerve in the treatment of resistant hypertension patients clinical nursing way,and the effect of nursing care.Method:From March 2011 to March 2013 in our hospital adopt method of catheter radiofrequency ablation kidney to sympathetic nerve therapy in the treatment of resistant hypertension patients randomly selected 20 cases, targeted nursing care plan for all of the patients,in order to implement nursing,and closely observed the patient condition,ease patients’ bad psychological,timely discovered the complications of patients after the treatment processing,and so on.Result:After nursing,20 patients with resistant hypertension including the psychology,healthy feeling,sleep quality,function,cognitive function,the various quality indexes of the patients compared with before nursing improved obviously(P<0.05),and did not appear serious complications.Conclusion:By the method of catheter radiofrequency ablation kidneys to sympathetic nerve therapy for treatment of resistant hypertension patients with the implementation of strict scientific and personalized nursing intervention,which can effectively promote the patient rehabilitation,control the blood pressure,reduce the complications,is worthy of promotion.关键词
